These 7 lessons focus on a specific criteria: how to sense and employ the connection along the inner edge of the arm into the torso.  The understanding for these lessons grew out of my practice at the gym, the piano, and in my Feldenkrais practice working with people who've had serious and difficult shoulder injuries. Anyone wishing to use their arms with safer power, healthier dexterity and a clearer sense of what NOT to do will benefit from these lessons.
