People with experience doing Awareness Through Movement® lessons often pick a different lesson each time they practice. This can create a practice rich in novelty and variety. But sometimes, you need to study one lesson more deeply. 

The approach in "Fluid Torso, Weightless Arms" favors depth over breadth.   Here you will study a single ATM lesson in five different versions.  

These recordings are from weekly class taught to the same group of students.  The lesson we explore will deepen your skill in organizing the ribs, spine, pelvis and head, and help you achieve an extraordinary lightness, ease and precision in moving your arms and legs.  This is a "desert island' ATM. The richness and detail it offers will bring a profound change to your posture, balance, breathing, and the overall fluidity of your movement.
